Please adhere to the following policies regarding refunds, lost or damaged items that you have purchased from the D.I.V.A., Inc. Murchandise Website:
SHIPPING:
- REFUNDS: All of the proceeds from your purchases go solely toward the financial upkeep of our sisterhood, Divine, Intelligent, Versatile Artists - The Society for Women in the Arts, Incorporated. Because of this, The D.I.V.A. Inc, Murchandise Committee will not be issuing any full refunds. If there is an issue or error with the item you have purchased, contact [email protected] with your concern. You will have five days within receiving your package to return it. Once the matter has been resolved, you will be issued a store credit to use for your next purchase.
- LOST ITEMS: The D.I.V.A., Inc. Murchandise Committee is not responsible for any lost packages after the confirmation e-mail & tracking number have been issued. In the case that your package has been lost in the process of delivery: first, check your confirmation email & the tracking number to see if the status of your package has been updated. If there is no clear, updated tracking status, please contact the shipping & mailing service in order to resolve the matter.
- DAMAGED ITEMS: If your item has been damaged in the process of delivery, send an email to [email protected] to notify us of the damage, along with a picture of the item as is, in its original packaging. Once your concern has been processed, someone from the D.I.V.A., Inc. Murchandise Committee will contact you as soon as possible to resolve the matter.
